Is it possible to fall in love with a city? I’ve always loved the city atmosphere - I should, I’ve lived in one my entire life. Whilst I like small villages, I much prefer to live in the organized chaos of a city’s limits.
Autumn usually is not the time that one would normally think of pulling the florals out of their wardrobe to wear consistently – typically we’re used to seeing warm tones and thicker fabrics, ready to be cozied up for the cooler winter months.
The sultry smoke that gripped me was present on runways like Prada, Dolce & Gabbana and Giorgio Armani. Each designer put their own spin on a classic, sexy look and made it wearable for nearly any occasion.
Fashion Month really brings together many cultures in one space. Fashion, for many designers and appreciators alike, is a celebration of culture, creation and innovation. Every season there is something new – trends, textiles, technology... Each collection is carefully crafted and tailored to perfection for each season.
As I’m writing this, I’m sitting at one of my favourite coffee shops in London. It’s on a busy street with people walking by and red busses zipping past me. Whilst one may see chaos, this is the calmest and the happiest I’ve been in quite some time.
